Added Yahoo's Infantry Mod 4.0 Changed the stats of Personnel to 9, so as new land technology is unlocked, Personnel will update itself to be as best as possible. This is a part of the project to remove the need for the AI to design units. Switched MultiMod1.4a to MultiMod1.2b, removed Rebels and updated the Database appropriately. Made a switch in the EHE, the file is larger and each entity gets more attention, meaning more individual/unique AI. Updated the year. The Scenario The year is 2007, Chechen,Tibetan, Abkhazian, and West Papuan dissident groups have liberated their countries. Greenland, Zanzibar, Isle of Man, and Hong Kong are allied and/or hold a common market with their brother nations, but still occupied. Indonesia has declared war on the Aceh rebels and are occupying their "country". The United Nations continue MINURSO in order to emancipate Western Sahara from Moroccan rule. Inthe Middle East, the United States has left Iraq, but the country has fallen into anarchy. Israel has annexed the West Bank, and has declared war on Lebanon occupying the southern region of Sayda. Situations all across the world are getting worse, it seems.The Czech Republic, Afghanistan and Somalia have increased corruption due to a poor political system. Likewise, their stability and approval have dropped. The military large military order in Thailand has stepped back and has declared Martial Law, it says the junta will stay in place until the Council for Democratic Reform under Constitutional Monarchy is elected into office, however social chaos remains worse than ever. In order to cope with (and because of, sometimes) the earth's political instability, many nations develope large militaries, make drastic changes to their laws and change governments. Should change internal laws; im/emigration boarders, children per family, and abortion are most common. Freedom of Speech and Demonstration appear to be legalized more than illegalized. Martial law has been declared in nations with poor stability. AI should build and order in abundance (rather than rarely); orders as large as 2,500 for ground, and 100 for air units, are common. This is because of Yahoo and the MultiMod's changes. Wars are now started, this provides more oppurtunities for the players to act as peacekeepers and/or less incentive to cheat and force wars themselves in multiplayer games. Economy has been altered, so the AI is more intelligent with its actions. AI is capable of annexing, regions that are militarily occupied from the start are most likely to be annexed, as opposed to regions gained in war. But, both have been seen and are possible. It is more probable for the AI to use nuclear weapons and gain nuclear research. US shouldn't be as peaceful as before.
